Often arrangements move quickly with meetings happening within 7 days and families coming to a decision shortly after. Our nannies also meet with multiple families so we recommend arranging a meeting as soon as you can.
How to book a meeting
Click 'Pick a next step' and then 'Propose times' in your conversation with a nanny. You'll be able to add and remove specific hours or dates before you send the interview proposal off.
Once you send the proposal, the nanny will receive a notification and can either accept the suggested time or propose an alternative.
Once the interview is confirmed by both you and the nanny, you’ll be able to exchange contact details.
Who should be at the meeting?
We would encourage the whole family to meet the nanny so everyone can get to know each other. If there's more than one parent or carer in your family, we would encourage them to be there too.
A nanny you love is probably popular with other families, and could be snapped up before any second meetings can take place, so try to make sure you find out everything you need in one interview, and can quickly decide if it's the right nanny for your family.
You'll be able to arrange all your interview booking, sharing contact details and location, and follow-up like a trial or job offer, from inside your conversation with the nanny.
Top Tip: We recommend sharing phone numbers so you can easily get in touch if anything changes on the day.
