We would encourage the whole family to meet the nanny so everyone can get to know each other. If there's more than one parent or carer in your family, we would encourage them to be there too.

A nanny you love is probably popular with other families, and could be snapped up before any second meetings can take place, so try to make sure you find out everything you need in one interview, and can quickly decide if it's the right nanny for your family.

You'll be able to arrange all your interview booking, sharing contact details and location, and follow-up like a trial or job offer, from inside your conversation with the nanny.
