This help centre article has been written for the Koru Kids nanny service

The contract specifies the hourly rate that your nanny can expect to earn, not what you will pay to Koru Kids - this is because the employment contract relates to the agreement between you and your nanny, not Koru Kids. The figure in your contract is the gross hourly amount, before holiday pay is added.

When holiday pay is included, they will get an extra 12.07% on top of their gross salary. More info on how holiday pay works can be found here.

If you'd like them to earn an even higher wage, there will be opportunity to boost their pay during the job offer. If you miss this or decide at a later stage to increase your nanny's wage, let us know and we can adjust your nanny's rate and your rate accordingly.
