Instead of being entitled to paid holiday, our nannies earn extra holiday pay.

Holiday pay is additional to basic wages but is paid out at the same time as basic wages. This means they will always be up-to-date with any pay for holiday that they are owed. It also simplifies things for everyone, so there are no surprise bills or money held back.

This means that if they do want to take a holiday, it will be considered unpaid leave and should be mutually agreed between you and them.
