What if my nanny misses a shift?

We screen and train our nannies for reliability as we understand that this is one of the most important qualities families need in a nanny, so it's really disappointing that this has happened.

It's important to give your nanny feedback in order to help them to understand how difficult it is for you to make last minute child care arrangements. We have some helpful videos on how to give your nanny feedback here. It is also important to remind your nanny to log their missed shift as leave in their timesheet to ensure you are not charged for periods when they are not available.

If you'd like any support with this, you can email us at care@korukids.co.uk or click the live chat message button to chat with the team.
