As well as being fun and engaging, we expect our nannies to be responsible and reliable, and that's why we've outlined our expectations for them.
Be responsive - respond promptly, promptly communicate changes, and keep their profile current
Be reliable - attend all booked interviews and shifts on time, give plenty of notice if anything changes, and only cancel as a last resort
Be professional - be respectful when speaking to potential families, follow family routines, and handle any concerns honestly and calmly
Provide quality childcare - keep children safe and engaged with age-appropriate activities, and avoid personal phone use during shifts
Work with us - complete all required tasks and keep their checks and training up to date
Nannies are introduced to these expectations during their initial Koru Kids onboarding and are reminded of these throughout their time with Koru Kids.
