How do payslips and contracts work for nanny share?

You will receive two payslips each month: one for each family that you work with. Both of the families are your employers and you will have a contract with them both. They each employ you for half of the shared hours; the shared hours are split over both contracts with half of the hours on one family's contract and half of the hours on the other.
