This article has been written for the Koru Kids Nanny Service for nannies who are already working with a family.

As well as being fun and engaging, we expect our nannies to be responsible and reliable and that's why we've created the Koru Kids standards.

Be there - always be available for their required shifts. If they absolutely cannot make a shift, provide the family with as much notice as possible

Be on time - plan ahead and leave enough time for unexpected delays in their journey to ensure they are on time

Be safe - prioritise the children’s safety at all times

Be in touch - communicate promptly and clearly

If you need any additional support whilst working with your family, our support team are available to talk things through.
