The Koru Kids team will be on hand to support both you and your nanny throughout your relationship. We want to help you build the strongest possible relationship, and we think giving regular and effective feedback is a great way to do this.
Giving feedback is an essential part of any relationship, but we know it’s not always the easiest thing to do. That’s why we’ve developed a Feedback Tool for our families, based on a wealth of research with real Koru Kids nannies and families.
The tool is designed to help you:
Reflect on how things are going
Praise your nanny for what they’re doing well
Resolve any small issues straight away
You can choose whether you’d like us to share your feedback directly with your nanny. If there are areas where you think your nanny could improve, Koru Kids can offer them additional bespoke training.
We have an ever-expanding library of video and written content designed to help our nannies perform to the best of their ability - everything from tips on how to get the kids involved in cooking to advice on how to have effective and productive daily handovers.
If you need any additional support whilst working with your nanny, our support team are available to talk things through. We have parents as well as previous nannies, childminders and teachers on our team who are happy to share their tips and advice. You can book a time to talk to our team here.
