We always take into account how responsive you are when looking for a family for you. We have a system which takes into account your response rate and average response time, and this affects who you are introduced to.

By responding to the families we send across to you quickly, you boost your score. This way we can prioritise our most engaged nannies, and ensure they are introduced to more families.

This is true whether you Accept or Decline the families we send you. Declining families and letting us know why shows us you are still engaged in your search, and helps us to send you better matches in the future.

Nannies with a low response rate, who ignore the families we send them, risk stop being introduced to families, as we’ll assume you’re no longer looking for a role.
