We sort everything to do with your nanny’s payroll on your behalf. But as you are the employer of your nanny, you may occasionally receive letters from HMRC or The Pensions Regulator.

In our experience, families often get scary looking reminders for tasks we’ve already completed or will be completed in due course.

If you receive a letter from HMRC or The Pensions Regulator, take a picture and email it to us at care@korukids.co.uk. We promise to try to resolve the problem as quickly as we can (and to be the ones on hold to HMRC for hours instead of you).

Examples of letters you should email to us...

These letters read as way more sinister than they are. We definitely do take care of all pension related duties for you. We work through these systematically, and they're always done well in advance of the deadline. If you send us a photo, we’ll make sure we’ve submitted the declaration on your behalf.

You’ve received this letter, because we have requested authorisation to act as your payroll agent. This enables us to talk with HMRC on your behalf and to receive notifications relating to your nanny’s employment - we’ll need a photo of the authorisation code. HMRC only sends this once, so please do pass the authorisation code on to us as soon as you get it.

This is a notice asking us to make student loan deductions from your nanny’s pay - we’ll need a photo so we can update your nanny’s pay record.

This is a new tax code notice asking us to use the new code to calculate your nanny’s tax deductions - we’ll need a photo so we can update your nanny’s pay record.
