Any complaints can be made directly to Early Educators or to the Koru Kids team. Early Educators are required to pass any directly received complaints on to the Koru Kids team.
All complaints will be investigated by Koru Kids, who will take the time to speak to all involved parties and gather all the relevant information.
At all times when investigating complaints, child welfare is our highest priority.
If you make a complaint we will keep you informed of the outcome of the investigation.
Where a complaint is of a safeguarding nature, the local authority safeguarding team will also be informed and will conduct their own investigation.
Parents have the right to view any previous complaints previously made about an Early Educator.
