Paying for gold membership is very important as it allows you to message families. If you don't send messages, it's unlikely you'll find families to work with as it's a very busy marketplace and profiles can get buried.

Koru Kids is happy to reimburse you for your gold membership.

How to get reimbursed:

  • Upgrade to the £24.99 monthly membership (don’t go for the £14.99 two week trial!)

  • Upload a screenshot of your receipt (including the price you paid) to show you’ve upgraded your membership to the app (or email us if you don't have access).

  • We will reimburse you on the 25th* of each month 😊

  • If you fill your spaces and therefore decide to cancel your gold membership, please let us know.

  • If our policy on covering your gold membership ever changes, we’ll give you a heads up in advance.

  • If the 25th falls on a weekend, we aim to reimburse you before the 25th!
