At Koru Kids HQ, we have a Designated Safeguarding Lead. Their job is to support you and your nanny with any concerns you may have and to work in partnership with you to help safeguard children. You can contact us with any concerns, no matter how small and we will always support you with any next steps we think you might need to take.

Thankfully safeguarding concerns are rare, but if you do want to talk to us about any concerns you may have regarding your arrangement with your nanny, we will be sure to support you with the appropriate next steps.

To reassure you we provide our nannies with safeguarding training as part of their onboarding with Koru Kids and they can access this training as a refresher course at any point in their role with your family.

We also provide additional resources and support should your nanny require any help at all.
