Step 1: Confirm Interest and Availability
Before sending an interview request, it’s a good idea to ask a few quick questions to check the nanny’s interest and availability. This helps ensure you're both on the same page and saves time.
Step 2: Choose Your Interview Format
Interviews can be done in whichever way suits your family best:
Phone call
Video call
In-person meeting
Step 3: Propose an Interview Time
In your chat with the nanny, scroll to the bottom and click “Pick a next step.”
Select “Propose times.”
Choose a date and time that works for you and send the invitation—this takes less than a minute!
Once you send the proposal, the nanny will receive a notification and can either accept the suggested time or propose an alternative.
Step 4: Confirm and Share Contact Details
Once the interview is confirmed by both you and the nanny, you’ll be able to exchange contact details. We recommend sharing phone numbers so you can easily get in touch if anything changes on the day.
