Why has my application been rejected?

There are a number of reasons why your application may have been rejected. Some of these possibilities are listed below:

  • you don't have enough childcare experience

  • you did not pass the reference stage

  • you don't have the right to work in the UK

  • you are under 18

  • you've put minimal effort into your application

This list is not exhaustive, but we consider your whole application when making a decision, and if we are unable to progress your application to the stage where we introduce you to families, we will notify you by email.

Can you give me feedback on my application?

As we receive a high volume of applications, we aren't able to provide specific feedback on your application. Please note that if you email us for feedback, we will reiterate this.

We understand that this news can be disappointing and that you will have spent time throughout the application process, however, we wish you the best of luck finding a role that works for you.

When can I reapply?

Any future applications that you make will only be considered a year after your previous application was rejected.

Please note that any applications made before this time will be rejected.
