If you are receiving this error, it is likely that your response button is plugged into the KUDUwave™ headset. Unplug the response button from the KUDUwave™ and plug it into your PC instead. 

Please remember, connection to the the KUDUwave™ should not be through a standard USB hub. 

If a USB hub is necessary, please ensure that it is a powered USB hub and that the power for the USB hub is on.
