If you have a company website and optionally a preferred location for your prospects, you can use the People Finder Agent to identify the right contacts based on job titles.

PS: If you don't have Websites and only have the company names, please use the Official Website Finder

For best results, always prepare both primary and fallback job titles — you'll need them to guide the agent effectively.

How to access the people finder Agent:

To access the toolbox, you first need an open project—start by uploading a CSV that includes your list of companies and their websites.

Or if you only have 1 or 2 companies, you can upload them manually via the list List Builder:

See video of how to do this and also use the People Finder Agent:

If you have a larger list and need to Upload a CSV make sure your file is saved as a CSV and has no empty columns in between where you have data. See screenshot don't upload a CSV with empty columns in between.

Once Uploaded; click on Add Column and search for People Finder, and click on it.

The following interface will open up and you will need to add several inputs:

  1. Analysis Instructions: Use this field to tell the agent what titles to search for. For example: 'Find the CEO of @companyname using @website. If not available, find the CTO, COO, CFO, CMO, or CRO.' The '@' symbols help the system reference the correct company names and websites—this added layer ensures the agent follows your instructions precisely.

  2. The next sections are optional, except for the 'Primary Job Titles' section — here, you must list all the titles mentioned in your Analysis Instructions.

  3. If you have a preferred location, you can include this as well but this is optional.

  4. Add the number of profiles you need

  5. Click Create Column.

The output is a long list of relevant people.

Next: Click on the red dot, this will open several options.

To move from the company-level view to a detailed table with company names and identified prospects, click on 'Transpose' as highlighted. The final result will be a structured table containing all prospect information, including emails — which you can then validate using the Email Validation Tool.
