With the HubSpot + Kuration AI integration, you can automatically check if a company or contact already exists in your CRM using their website or email address—and seamlessly add them if they don’t, ensuring your outreach list is clean, deduplicated, and ready for engagement.
These tools have the following functions
HubSpot CRM Duplicate Company Detection: Tool to find whether company exists in a users CRM using Company URL/Website.
HubSpot CRM Duplicate Contact Detection: A tool to check if a contact already exists in your CRM using their email address.
HubSpot CRM Add Company: Tool to add company if it does not exist in a users CRM
HubSpot CRM Add Contact: Tool to add contact if it does not exist in a users CRM
Step 1: Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen to open the control panel. 👇
Click on the Integration button to access settings related to third-party integrations 👇
Click on the HubSpot logo as shown in the image below to begin the integration process.
Once you click on the ‘Hubspot Logo’ a CRM Integration Prompt will appear as shown in the next image: 👇
Next a screen to authorize and select your HubSpot account will appear, as shown in the screenshot below: 👇
After selecting your HubSpot account as shown above, another authorization prompt will appear; See screenshot below 👇
Once your connection is successful, go back to your Kuration AI settings control panel and verify that indeed it was a success, as shown in the screenshot below:
