How to Test CORE Home as a Contact

Follow these steps to see what a contact experiences in CORE Home.

How to Test CORE Home as a Lead

1. Go to btPRO Smart CRM and Add Yourself as a Contact

Tip: Use a personal email, instead of the email used in your btPRO profile, so you can experience CORE Home more like a lead would.

2. Add 'Property Alerts'

If you do not have an alert set up, set your test lead up on Property Alerts within your contact record. You can have up to 2 saved alerts.

3. Add 'Market Reports'

If you do not have a Market Report set up, set your test lead up on a Market Report within your contact profile. You can add several areas if you like.

Click 'Send Now' to send your Market Report to your test lead.

4. Go to Your Inbox to Find Your Market Report Email

If you have not synced your Gmail/Outlook in btPRO, you will need to check your spam folder. Syncing your email in btPRO will help prevent emails from going to spam.

5. Open your Market Report Email

6. Click 'View the Report'

This will open up CORE Home in a separate tab.

7. Register Your Email and Create a Password

Assuming this is the first time you've accessed CORE Home as a lead, you'll need to sign in to set up a password for CORE Home web, mobile web, and app.

If you have already logged in to CORE Home previously, then you will be prompted to login (not register).

8. Review Your Contact Info from btPRO

You can now click around the site and engage with My Home, My Search, and the 3-line menu. If you save any listings, you will have My Favorites too!
