How to Use Smart Assistant
You can use Smart Assistant anywhere text messages or emails can be sent, including replying from the Dashboard tiles, sending a mass email or text in the Smart CRM, or from an individual Contact Record.
Text Messages
From the Contact Record, select 'Send Text'. The text modal will open with various prompts. Select one from the list, or type/speak your own. Then press 'Generate'.
Your text created by Smart Assistant will then pop up below. You can edit the message to your liking, or send as is!
From the Contact Record, select 'Send Email'. The Basic Editor email modal will open with various prompts. Click 'Use Smart Assistant' to open up the Smart Assistant options. Select one from the list, or type/speak your own. Then press 'Generate'.
Your email created by Smart Assistant will then pop up below. You can edit the message to your liking, or send as is!
Please Note: All AI bots are subject to 'hallucinations' (i.e. incorrect information/'made up' responses). The best way to fix hallucinations is to provide the AI with more contextual details in the prompt box.
Generating Call Scripts
By leveraging the power of artificial intelligence, Smart Assistant streamlines the process of creating compelling call scripts, enabling you to maximize outreach efforts and increase your chances of converting leads into valuable clients.
You can easily generate a call script from the Contact Record. First, select 'New Call', then click the 'Use Smart Assistant' button on the bottom right of the popup.
