If you need to quickly send one of your contacts the link to a listing on your website or if you are working on the go and want to send multiple listings to a lead, you are able to do so very easily in your kvCORE mobile app. You also have the option of sending a property link or list of properties to a group of contacts via Hashtag.
Send a Single Listing
1. Log into the kvCORE mobile app on your preferred device.
2. Click into the Listings tab on the bottom.
3. You can either choose a property from the displayed list or search for a specific property at the top.
4. Click on the listing to access its details page in the app.
5. Click the + icon in the bottom right
6. Choose either 'Send via Email' or 'Send via Text Message'
Send via Email
1. Click on 'Send via Email' from the + icon list.
2. Click on the Lead Name field, search for the contact's name, and choose it from the drop-down list.
3. You may edit the Subject and Message fields as desired or choose a pre-made template from the 'Option Canned Response' field.
TIP: Always toggle on the 'Include Signature' option if you have a signature in your kvCORE profile.
4. Click Send.
Send via Text Message
1. Click on 'Send via Email' from the + icon list.
2. Click on the Lead Name field, search for the contact's name, and choose it from the drop-down list.
3. You may edit the Message field as desired.
PLEASE NOTE: This text message will be sent from the Smart Number associated with your kvCORE account.
4. Click Send.
Send Multiple Listings
1. Log into the kvCORE mobile app on your preferred device.
2. Click into the Listings tab on the bottom.
3. Use the Filter option in the top right to locate the desired properties.
4. Tap and hold one of the desired listings to send until you see the screen change to display check boxes on the right.
5. Check the boxes to the right of each listing you would like to send.
6. Click 'Email', 'Text', or 'More' to send the list of properties.
Email Option
1. Click the Email button.
2. Click on the Lead Name field, search for the contact's name, and choose it from the drop-down list.
3. You may edit the Subject and Message fields as desired or choose a pre-made template from the 'Option Canned Response' field.

Send Listings to Multiple Contacts via Hashtag
Follow the applicable steps above until you have to choose between emailing or texting.
Email an Individual Listing
1. Click on Email to Tag
2. Click on the Hashtag field and choose a tag from the drop-down list.
3. Click Save.
4. You will notice at the top of the email draft page that it now lists how many contacts are in that Hashtag group.
5. Edit the remaining fields as desired.
TIP: Always toggle on the 'Include Signature' option if you have a signature in your kvCORE profile.
6. Click Send.
Text an Individual Listing
1. Click on Text to Tag
2. Click on the Hashtag field and choose a tag from the drop-down list.
3. Click Save.
4. You will notice at the top of the text message draft page that it now lists how many contacts are in that Hashtag group.
5. Edit the remaining fields as desired.

6. Click Send.
