Lenders, meet Inside Real Estate's newest addition: Lending Prospector. Lending Prospector is a postcard generation platform focused on finding consumers interested in financing programs. Postcards will be targeted by a geographic unshared region. All postcard activity will be shared with your kvCORE account to keep prospects top of mind.
With Lending Prospector you'll have access to:
Postcard generation to an exclusive zip code
Postcards with a QR code that will automatically opt-in a prospect
After scanning a QR code, a landing page will appear
Prospects are sent to kvCORE with the hashtag #lendingprospector
Email reports with households who received a postcard to zip owner
How to Purchase a Zip Code
Although this product is not yet available, sign up to receive updates when you'll be able to snag your zip codes!
To sign up, navigate to the Marketplace tab and find the Lending Prospector tile.
Select 'Learn More' and a new tab will appear where you can fill out your contact information and let the team know you're interested!
