If you find the idea of not being able to select the contents of your shipment stressful, you don't have to worry—Kwaf has a 100% Happiness Guarantee. That means, while it’s impossible to ensure that every shipment is perfectly suited to your taste, we promise you’ll never be stuck with a wine that you genuinely dislike.

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at within 30 days of getting your package and tell us what happened! We’ll walk you through the process of returning the package to us for a full refund, and we’ll even cover the cost of return shipping!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • We only accept returns that are reported within 30 days of you receiving your shipment.

  • Wines must be shipped back in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping is free.

  • Once we’ve received your return, we’ll issue a refund within 7 days.

    • Please note: depending on your credit card company, the refund may take an additional 2-10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Please contact Kwaf about your refund, do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

You may try up to two bottles from your order and still receive a full refund. Please do not ask for a refund if you’ve sampled more than two bottles. However, if you dislike the first wine you try, we do encourage you to taste that second bottle before reaching out! Bottle variations are possible, and it’s a good idea to check if the taste you dislike is due to a defect. If you let us know a bottle in your shipment is defective, we’ll investigate the cause, and we’ll also apply the retail value of the bottle as a credit towards your next shipment.

Please note: The Kwäf 100% Happiness Guarantee is our gesture of goodwill and good faith towards our customers, and we take it very seriously. We want to always be able to provide this service, and as such we must ask that customers apply for a refund only if they’re truly unsatisfied with their purchase. If we suspect our policy is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse a request for a return and/or refund.
