Our subscriptions work the same as any other subscription service (think magazine, newspaper, etc.) Your subscription payment will be automatically processed every three (quarterly club) or two (bi-monthly) months for the upcoming delivery, about one week prior to shipping. 

We always send out a reminder before each box ships on the 1st of the month of delivery, so you have the opportunity to skip, cancel or update your information. We require that all cancellations or skip requests of the upcoming order are made a minimum of 2 business days before the payment for your order is processed. Payment is automatically processed on the 8th of the month, in the month that packages will be shipped.

Quarterly shipments occur in March, June, September and December. 

Bi-monthly shipments occur in February, April, June, August, October and December

Once a season's order has been processed and payment has been completed, we cannot cancel your order. Any cancellation requests sent after the payment for your seasonal order has been processed will be applied to your account going forward and you will receive the final delivery that has been paid for.
