Try clearing the cache in your browser to troubleshoot issues

Updated this week

Can it help to solve a problem if I clear your browser's caches and cookies?

Sometimes it may be necessary to clear the cache and cookies of web browsers to improve the user experience. When a browser's cache is cleared or restarted, it is very likely that the platform will ask for the credentials to access the account again. However, once inside the app, the user can use the service without any problems. Below are some instructions for clearing cache and cookies depending on your browser.

We hope that these steps help troubleshoot any issues you're having with your browser. If you need additional assistance, please contact our support team.
