All online orders will get a tracking number when the parcel is shipped.

You can find your tracking info in your shipping confirmation email. This email is sent to you upon shipment. Simply click the link in your email. See photo below.

Tracking with Standard delivery

NB: When you place an order with our Standard delivery option, your order will be handled by PostNord in Denmark, but will be handed over to the local postal service depending on your destination. Tracking will in some cases be limited when the parcel reaches the recipient country.
In this case please contact your local postal service and provide your tracking number. This can be found via the tracking link in your email.

Delays and customs

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
