How do I register for a MyLABlue Account?

There are several ways to sign up for MyLABlue:

  • Registration link received via text or email - Click the link and enter the activation code provided to sign up.

  • Online

    1. Go to my.lablue.com.

    2. At top right, click Sign Up.

    3. Complete the registration form. An activation code will be sent to you via text or email.

    4. Enter the activation code.

    5. Confirm a username and password and agree to terms and conditions.

  • MyLABlue App

    1. Download the MyLABlue app in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

    2. In app, click Sign Up.

    3. Complete the registration form. An activation code will be sent to you via text or email.

    4. Enter the activation code.

    5. Confirm a username and password and agree to terms and conditions.

  • My Chart App

    1. Download the MyChart app in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

    2. In app, create a MyChart account.

    3. Click Add organization.

    4. In search bar, enter “Louisiana Blue.” Louisiana Blue option displays below.

    5. Select Louisiana Blue and click Add selected organizations. The Louisiana Blue Login page displays.

    6. Click Sign Up.
