There are several different ways to pay a bill on your Louisiana Blue account.
Visit MyLABlue
Log in to MyLABlue.
On the left side of the screen, under the Financial Tools heading, click the Pay My Bill link.
By Mail
Mail a paper bank draft form
Download our authorization form to draw payments from your bank account.
Attach a blank check marked "VOID"
Keep a copy of the form for your records
Mail or fax the completed form along with the voided check
Note: Please allow 30 days to process your account setup

1. Enclose your payment notice
2. Make sure your payment matches the payment notice exactly
3. Write your member number and month you are paying on your check, money order, or cashier’s check

Choosing the Amount to Pay
If your account is past due, you can pay the Outstanding Balance or you can pay the Amount Due, which is the entire balance of your account.
Under the Choose payment details heading, click the radio button next to Pay Outstanding Balance to pay the past due amount, or choose the radio button next to Pay Amount Due to pay the total amount due.
