Premium payments must be made from the account owned and maintained by the policyholder with a few exceptions. In some cases, payment can be made by an immediate family member or blood relative such as your parent, spouse, aunt, uncle, grandparent, brother, sister, or legal guardian. An agent or broker may pay the policyholder’s bill if the payment comes from the bank account owned and in the name of the policyholder.

There are several options to make a payment to your Louisiana Blue account.

Option 1 - Pay Online

  1. At top left, click the hamburger menu.

  2. In list, under Financial Tools, click Pay My Bill. A screen displays that says "Pay My Bill."

  3. Click the Pay My Bill icon. A screen with your payment information displays.

  4. If you have more than one policy, select the checkbox to left of each policy being paid.

  5. Select your existing payment method or add a new one.

  6. Select the Pay Outstanding Balance or Pay Amount Due option.

  7. Select the payment date.

  8. Click the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions and click Next

  9. Review payment details and click Submit Payment.

Option 2 - Pay by Mail

  1. Make out a check, cashier’s check, or money order in the amount listed on the payment notice.

  2. Write your member ID number and the month you are paying on the check, money order, or cashier’s check.

  3. Mail payment notice and payment to:
    Louisiana Blue
    P.O. Box 650652
    Dallas, TX 75265-0652

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • Checking account withdrawal

  • Health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) debit card
