How do I change my Primary Care Provider?

The Primary Care Provider (PCP) Selection feature is located inside your online account (My Account). This feature allows you to search for, view, and/or select a PCP for yourself and any members on your policy that are under the age of 18.

For members on your policy that are 18 or over, they will need to log in to their own online account and make their selection or update their current selection.

Here’s how to select or update your PCP:

  1. Log in to My Account

  2. Click the See Selection Summary link

  3. Make your selection or update
