The Primary Care Provider (PCP) Selection feature is located inside your MyLABlue account. This feature allows you to search for, view, and/or select a PCP for yourself and any members on your policy that are under the age of 18.
For members on your policy that are 18 or over, they will need to log in to their own online account and make their selection or update their current selection.
Here’s how to select or update your PCP:
Log in to MyLABlue.
At the top of the screen that has the Welcome greeting, click the green button with the three horizontal lines.
Under the Find Care heading on the Menu, click the Primary Care Provider (PCP) link.
On the Primary Care Provider Selection page, click the Change Your Selection link.
You will be taken to the Louisiana Blue provider directory. Click the Select button on the gray row above the name of any of the providers on the screen.
Or you can search for another provider using the search bar at the top of the screen. Then click the Select button on the gray row above the name of any of the providers shown.
