Login to My Account at bcbsla.com to view your benefits or click here.
From the Login Selection Screen, Select Member.
From the Member Login, enter your username and password.
From the Account Overview Screen, Select Benefits.
From the Account Benefits screen, you will be able to view and verify your benefits by clicking on the selected area of your choice:
Email: Contact us by filling out our secure Member Inquiry Form.
Call: The number on the back of your ID card.
