There are several ways to verify or get information about your benefits.
View Online
Log in to MyLABlue on your computer or mobile app. If you need to set up an account, view How do I sign up for MyLABlue?
At top left, click the hamburger menu.
In list, under My Plans, click Benefits. Your medical benefits display and are divided into categories.
Click a category to expand it and view benefit information.
Email Request
Request information about your benefits using our secure Member Inquiry Form.
Call Customer Service
Call the number on the back of your ID card to speak to a customer service representative.
