You cannot make a partial payment that is less than your full monthly premium amount.
If the next month’s bill hasn’t posted yet, you can pay your outstanding balance. Billing statements generate on the 15th-17th of each month, and once the next month’s bill posts, both months must be paid in full.
Example - If your January bill is past due, you can pay the bill for January as long as February’s bill has not posted to your account. Once it does, you must pay both January and February bills in full.
