Billing statements are generated on the 15th-17th of each month. If the current month's premium has not been paid and applied before the next bill is generated, the system requires both premiums be paid in full when paying online or by phone.
Partial payments or separation of payments are only allowed by mail or in person at your local Blue Cross and Blue Shield office.
