One of the most common reasons a credit card is declined is that the address entered does not match the address used for the credit card.
When you pay with a credit card, enter the address that is used for your credit card, even if it's not the same as your Louisiana Blue billing address. If the address you enter isn’t the same one used for your credit card, the system will automatically decline your credit card.
