Payment Confirmation

How will I know if my payment has gone through?

You can confirm your payment processed based on how you made payment:

  • Online - After you make a payment in MyLABlue, a confirmation number displays and you can print and retain it for your records.
    ​

  • On the phone or in person - The customer service representative can give you the confirmation number.
    ​

  • By mail - Verify using either of the following options:

    • Option 1- Verify in MyLABlue

      • At top left, click the hamburger menu.

      • In list, under Financial Tools, click Pay My Bill.

      • On screen that displays, click Pay My Bill. A screen with your recent payment information displays.

    • Option 2- Call Louisiana Blue
      Call the number on the back of your ID card to speak to a customer service representative.
