MyLABlue Eligibility

Who can register for a MyLABlue account?

To set up a MyLABlue account, a member must meet all the following requirements:

  • Have active coverage through Louisiana Blue (member ID card should feature the Cross and Shield logo)

  • Be 18 years or older (dependents under 18 can automatically be viewed in the policyholder’s MyLABlue account)

  • Have a unique email address not associated with another MyLABlue account

  • Have a unique phone number not associated with another MyLABlue account

Each member 18 and older on a policy must register for his or her own MyLABlue account.
