Never Received Payment

I did not receive my claim payment. Can you re-issue the check?

Yes, we can re-issue a claim payment check.ย 

You can request a replacement check if these criteria are met:

  • More than 15 calendar days have passed since the original check was issued.

  • The original check is outstanding, or uncashed.

To request a replacement check, email us through our secure Member Inquiry Form.

The Accounting Department will reissue the check, and a stop payment will be issued on the original check if it is at least $50. (Stop payment will not be issued for checks under $50.)
