You can request a replacement check if these criteria are met:
More than 15 calendar days have passed since the original check was issued.
The original check is outstanding, or uncashed.
To request a replacement check, email us through our secure Member Inquiry Form.
The Accounting Department will reissue the check, and a stop payment will be issued on the original check if it is at least $50. (Stop payment will not be issued for checks under $50.)
