Important Considerations

Once set up, auto pay will begin on the next billing cycle. If your account currently shows a payment amount due, you must make the current payment manually.

If your payment is past due, you must pay the total amount due (any outstanding amount plus the current billed amount). After your account is current, then auto pay will begin on the next billing cycle.

There are several ways to sign up for recurring automatic draft payments:

Option 1 - Set up in MyLABlue

  1. At top left, click hamburger menu.

  2. In list, under Financial Tools, click Pay My Bill.

  3. On screen that displays, click Pay My Bill. A screen with your payment information displays.

  4. Click Make a Payment.

  5. Select Payment Methods tab.

  6. In Recurring Payments section, click add a recurring payment.

  7. Click Add a new payment method to enter credit card or bank account information and click Save. All policies and payment amounts display.

  8. If needed, uncheck any policies that will not use auto pay.

  9. Read Authorization statement and click checkbox to agree.

  10. Click Save.

Option 2 - Send Form to Louisiana Blue
Allow 30 days for auto draft to be set up after Louisiana Blue receives the form.
