How To Request ID Cards.
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana has various options for members to obtain their ID cards .
 | Download a digital card using the BCBSLA mobile app |
 | Download a PDF card using your BCBSLA online account (My Account) |
 | Email the BCBSLA secure portal |
 | Call BCBSLA Customer Service |
Download a digital ID card to your cell phone:
Download the BCBSLA Mobile App
Create an account
Open the BCBSLA App and select My ID Card
Note: All the same information will be shown as it is on the physical ID card.
Blue Cross Online Account (My Account):
1. Visit bcbsla.com
2. Click on Log In at the top right of the BCBSLA.com home screen
3. Select Member on the next page
4. Log in to My Account
5. Click Download ID Cards
6. Click on the image of your ID card to view or download your card as a PDF

Note: Please allow 7-10 business days for you to receive your ID cards in the mail.
