If your students and classes were manually added on Lalilo...

The list of your students is available under the Students section (left menu).

  • you can delete, transfer or rename a student by clicking on the three vertical dots to the right of their name ;
    ⚠️ If you delete a student, their data will be permanently lost.

  • you can add a student by clicking on the button "Add student" in the upper-right corner.

⚠️ Primary teachers of manually rostered classes can take these actions, but co-teachers will not see these buttons.

Additional information about transferring students:

  • A transfer will fail if a student with the same name already exists in the class you are transferring them to. You should edit their name first and then transfer them to their new class;

  • The other class should belong to the exact same school. If there are two different schools in our database for your building, please contact us so that we merge them. You'll need to tell us the zip code and name of your school and the current teacher and student names.

If your students are synced with Clever...

... your students will have no vertical dots next to their names in the Students section (left menu).

If you want to add or remove a student, you will need to update your Clever sections first, and then click "Re-Sync students" in your class dashboard on Lalilo. This will update names and/or add/remove students to match the student list you have in your Clever section.

If, despite clicking on this button, your new students do not appear, please check that you are listed as their lead teacher on Clever.

⚠️ The "Re-sync" button is available for Primary teachers, but not for co-teachers.

If your students were rostered by Renaissance...

...your students will have no vertical dots next to their names in the Students section (left menu). Your classes and students are added and edited automatically, so please contact your administrator if you need them to be updated.

If you have a Renaissance Growth Platform site, you can now roster your Lalilo classes there!  Once your administrator has set up your school year and assigned Lalilo to your class, your classes will appear in Lalilo by the following day.
For more information on rostering in RGP, please contact Renaissance support at answers@renaissance.com or at 800.338.4204.
