⚠️ All the steps below only apply if you are the primary teacher. Co-teachers will need to ask the primary teacher to follow these steps.
Before you try to sync your class and students with Clever, you will need to check the following:
you are listed as the students' lead teacher on Clever
you have synced your Lalilo teacher account to Clever - if you don't know how, you can check out this article
you are not logged in as an administrator. You will need to be logged in to the teacher’s Clever and Lalilo accounts in order to sync a class with Clever.
You haven't logged in to Lalilo to create a class yet
Click on Add class:
You will see all the sections for which you are the lead teacher. Click on the one you want to sync with Lalilo:
Then you will be prompted to enter your school and validate your class details.
Your class and students are now synced with Clever 🎉
You have already created a class on Lalilo - now how do you sync it with Clever?
Click on Connect to Clever below your class;
Your Lalilo students will have been matched with your Clever section, but you can adjust if they haven't been matched properly. If there is no match, a profile will be created from scratch;
Your class and students are now synced with Clever 🎉
If you see the error message "Oops! Something went wrong :-/", this means that your class had probably been synced to another teacher's account in the past.
To successfully sync the class with your account, you should use the "Add class" functionality instead:
