I can't find my class

Have your classes disappeared? Here's what may have happened:

  • You may have logged in with the wrong email address. Try logging in with the email address on which you usually get our emails. If you're not sure which email address your Lalilo account corresponds to, you can reach out to the Support Team on the chat, in the bottom right-hand corner.

  • Your classes may have been archived. Please check out this article: Archiving classes and students.

  • Your classes may have been re-rostered to another teacher by your admin. Feel free to reach out to our Support Team so we can take a look, or to contact your admin.

  • Your classes may have been deleted or achived by their primary teacher. If they don't see it either, or if you are the primary teacher, you can email us at lalilosupport@renaissance.com with the name of the classe and a few student names.
