Including a thank you card with your orders is a thoughtful way to express gratitude to your customers and add a personal touch. This article explains how to easily add a custom thank you card to your orders.
What is it?
A thank you card customization allows you to include a personalized card with each order. This card can be designed to reflect your brand and message, offering a direct connection with your customers.

Method 1: using a one-time thank-you card
💡 We recommend this method if you want to use a different thank-you card between your Studio orders.
To add a one-time thank-you card to one of your Studio orders, ensure you don't have a default thank-you card set up in your Studio dropshipping settings. Then, proceed as follows:
In your Studio cart details page, in the "Add personalization" section, click on "Add thank-you card"
A popup will appear. You can either upload a new thank-you card (front and back sides) or use one of your saved thank-you cards. Select the thank-you card you want to add to your order and save your changes.
The option is added automatically to your cart. Note that we charge an extra 0.5€ for this service.
Managing my thank-you cards in my Studio dropshipping settings
When uploading a new thank-you card on the platform, we're automatically saving it in your Studio dropshipping settings if ever you want to reuse it for a future order.
To access / manage your saved thank-you cards, do as follow:
Navigate to your Studio dropshipping settings: Studio > Dropshipping > Thank-you cards tab
Click on "Manage my cards" in the bottom left corner of the tab.
A popup will appear. You can either upload a new thank-you card (front and back sides) or manage your saved thank-you cards. For example, you can rename a thank-you card to find it more easily or delete one. Make your changes and save.
Note that if you delete a thank-you card being used for your default Studio orders or default Store sales, it will be deleted there too.
Method 2: using a default thank-you card
💡 We recommend this method if you want to use the same thank-you card for your manual Studio orders.
To have the same thank-you card added to your manual Studio orders systematically, follow these two-step process.
Step 1: upload your card in your Studio dropshipping settings
Navigate to your Studio dropshipping settings: Studio > Dropshipping > Thank-you cards tab
In the "Studio orders" card, click on "Add card"
A popup will appear. You can either upload a new thank-you card (front and back sides) or use one of your saved thank-you cards. Select the thank-you card you want and save your changes.
Your default thank-you card is now saved, and from now on, when ordering in the Studio manually, you'll be able to add this specific card to your cart (see step 2).
If you want to change your default thank-you card, simply remove it by clicking on the trash icon and re-add one.
Note that if you want to use the same thank-you card for your Store sales, you can tick the box "Set for Store sales too" when adding your card.
Step 2: add the option manually in your cart page
Once you've uploaded your default thank-you card in your Studio dropshipping settings, you can add this personalization option to your order from your cart page:
Create a manual Studio order: go to Studio > Cart > click on "Order products"
In your Studio cart details page, in the "Add personalization" section, click on "Add thank-you card"
The default card you've saved in your settings is added to your cart. Please note that we charge an extra €0.50 for this service.
Note that with this method, the same thank-you card will be systematically added to your cart. We recommend this method if you plan to use a single thank-you card and not change it regularly.

In the "Store sales" card, click on "Add card"
A popup will appear. You can either upload a new thank-you card (front and back sides) or use one of your saved thank-you cards. Select the thank-you card you want and save your changes.
Your default thank-you card is now saved, and from now on, when you have a Store sale, this thank-you card will be automatically added to your order. Note that we charge an extra €0.50 for this service.
