What is a ready-to-frame

Your print is mounted on a ph-neutral white foam backboard (you can add a custom mat too) and presented in a transparent sleeve. We call it “ready-to-frame” because you have all the components getting inside the frame, but without the frame.

It’s a product particularly fitted for retail (eg. shops, concept stores or galleries) and for creator markets. Your prints will be well protected and people can manipulate it without damaging it.

💡 The ready-to-frame mounting is a smart way to sell your art print - it costs a little more than the print only option, but way less than the framed option and it presents your art in the most professional way.

All the info you need to know:

  • Transparent sleeve: 100% transparent and ph-neutral plastic sleeve (with adhesive seal strip)

  • Foam backboard: ph-neutral, museum quality and white foam backboard"

  • Mat (optional): ph-neutral and museum quality custom mat

Nota bene: the backboard size you choose will correspond to the final size of the object.

Ready-to-frame available sizes and prices

  • To find the ready to frame prices and available sizes, navigate to your Studio products dashboard and click on "See all prices and services" in the top right corner of your product table

  • Select the "Ready-to-frame" tab - you'll see all the prices and sizes available for this mounting option

Note that all prices showed in the table does not include the price of the print itself. So to get your final product price, you'll have to sum up your print price (see Fine Art printing tab)
