The “Studio products dashboard” allows you to create new Studio products (LINK), see your Studio product list, and access your product details.

To access the Studio products dashboard, simply navigate to Studio > Products.

Products "On Store" vs. "Not on Store"

In the first column you can see your product visual, its title and a tag that indicates if the product is currently published on your Lama store ("On Store") or not ("not on Store").

Editions and variants

The second column gives you the number of editions of your product, while the third column the number of variants. You can hover the "info icon" if you're not familiar with these concepts. Please also refer to our dedicated article Understand the difference between editions and variants (LINK).

Finally, the fourth column gives you the number of time the product has been ordered, regardless the variant.

Quick look at your product details

In the last column, you can click on the "eye" icon to have a quick view at your product details, without having to click on the product to access the detailed product page.

More actions

By clicking on the "three dots" icon at the right end of a product line, you can access more actions. Depending on whether the product is published on your Store or not, different actions will appear.

The product is "On Store"

If the product is published on your Store, you'll be able to :

  • "Duplicate with new artwork" (coming soon) : this feature is quite useful if you want to create a new product with the exact same configurations (same characteristics, same variants, etc.) but with new artwork.

  • "Go to Store product" : allows you to quickly switch from the Studio to the Store view

  • "Delete" : deleting a Studio product published on your Store will result in complete data deletion. Be careful.

The product is "Not on Store"

If the product is not published on your Store, you'll be able to :

  • "Duplicate with new artwork" (coming soon) : this feature is quite useful if you want to create a new product with the exact same configurations (same characteristics, same variants, etc.) but with new artwork.

  • "Sell on Store" : allows you to quickly publish this Studio product to sell on your Store

  • "Delete" : deleting a Studio product will result in complete data deletion. Be careful.
