We know that as an independent creator, your intellectual property is paramount to you. Lama respects your intellectual property rights and we're dedicated to protecting the rights of our users and addressing claims of copyright or other intellectual property violations promptly.

Uploading your digital artworks

When you upload digital artworks to your Lama.co account, you maintain full ownership of your intellectual property. You assure us that :

  • You own or have the necessary licenses for all uploaded artworks

  • The artworks have not been licensed or assigned to others

  • Your artworks are original and have not been copied in any part from another source

  • You have the authority to permit us to print these artworks

  • The artworks do not infringe on any third party's rights or break any laws

  • You will inform us immediately if any infringement claims arise regarding your artworks

Our license to use your digital artworks

By uploading artworks to your Lama.co account, you grant us a license to use the artworks as long as your account is active for :

  • Producing your custom print products and reprints as per orders

  • Providing platform features like image thumbnails, product previews, editing, and sharing etc.

Your customers

When you provide us with your customers names, address and contact etc. you own all intellectual property rights in your customers details. We will not :

  • share your customers details to any third party without your consent except for the only purpose of us providing the platform services you've signed up for

  • run advertising campaigns on, or send newsletters to your customers;

  • contact your customers directly except for the sole purpose of us providing the services (eg. after sale support etc.) and if you agreed to it beforehand
