Here's a guide to help you integrate these invoices into your accounting practices.

What are the invoices we provide?

When you have a sale on your Lama, we automatically generate 3 different invoices:

  • The Customer sale invoice (if you’ve a premium plan and you’ve activated this feature)

  • The Studio invoice

  • The Fees invoice

1. Customer sale invoice (premium feature)

This invoice corresponds to the total amount you’ve charged your customer. Lama does not appear on this invoice as YOU charge YOUR CUSTOMER.

How to get this invoice?

  1. You are a premium member and you’ve activated this feature (learn how to activate my customer invoice).

We generate it for you every time you have a sale. You can find your customer invoices in Store > Sales.

  2. You’re not a premium member → You’ll have to create invoices on your own for each sale you make.

2. Studio invoice

This invoice corresponds to the product cost + shipping fees we charge you to fulfill your sale. We generate it automatically every time you have a sale.

You can find this invoice in the Studio order page related to your sale: Studio > Orders.

You can access your "Studio Order" from your "Store sale"

Or you can access your "Studio Order" from Studio > Orders

3. Fees invoice

This invoice corresponds to the Lama transaction fees (8%, 3% or 0% depending on your plan) + the credit card processing fees taken by Stripe (from 1,5% + 25cts) or PayPal (from 2.9% + 35ct. These fees are based on the total sale amount paid by your customer (production cost + shipping fees included).

You can find your LAMA invoices in Account settings > Subscription.

Regular monitoring and reconciliation of these invoices will help maintain financial clarity and effective business management.
