In the Studio, you can order print-on-demand products for yourself, or to ship products directly to your customers (100% white label dropshipping). Please refer to our article Using Lama as a print-on-demand platform to find out more how it works.
To ship Studio products directly to your customer (manual dropshipping), do as follow :
Go to Studio > Cart page, then click on "Order products"
Select all the Studio products you want to order for your customer - use the quantity selector to order several items of the same product - then click on "Continue"
We strongly advise to add "personalization items" such as your logo printed on your packaging (LINK) and a custom thank-you card (LINK) - you can add these elements from the cart detailed page
Have a last check on your cart, then click on "Continue to checkout"
Fill in your customer shipping info and contact - make sure to enter your customer email and phone number (be reassured, we won't communicate directly with your customer it's just for the carrier company) - then click on "Continue to shipping"
Choose your shipping method
Finalize the checkout with the payment - you're order is confirmed ! Check your inbox, you should have received a confirmation email.
What's next ? You'll receive an email when your order is shipped to your customer. You can track your order status in your Studio order dashboard. Make sure to forward to your customer the tracking link as we won't send any email (but depending on the carrier, they might do so).
