The “Studio orders dashboard” allows you to create new Studio orders, see your Studio orders list, track their fulfillment status and access your orders details.

To access the Studio orders dashboard, simply navigate to Studio > Orders.

Dashboard general presentation

  • The first column gives you the order number

  • The second column gives the dates on which you processed the order

  • The third column indicates the final customer to whom the order is shipped (if you're ordering for yourself, then your name will appear here)

  • The fourth column shows the order fulfillment status (see below)

  • The fifth column indicates the total amount you paid for the order (including shipping)

  • Finally, the sixth column indicates the country to which the order is shipped

At the top of your orders table, you can search for a specific order or filter by fulfillment status.

Studio order fulfillment status

Depending on your order fulfillment status, four different tags will appear.

1. Order confirmed

Your order is confirmed and the Studio will start production soon. Because production has not yet started, you have the possibility to cancel your order (LINK) if needed.

You'll receive an email when production starts.

2. Order in production

Your order has entered production and the Studio will ship it soon. You can't cancel your order anymore and it is not refundable.

You'll receive an email with the tracking link when the order is shipped.

3. Order shipped

Your order has been shipped and it will be delivered soon. You can track its delivery thanks to the tracking link provided (LINK).

  • Manual dropshipping : if you've processed this order manually and you're shipping it directly to a customer, make sure to forward the tracking link to your customer as we are not sending any email directly. Depending on the carrier company, they might do so.

  • Automatic dropshipping : if this order results automatically from a sale on your Lama Store, just sit back and relax — emails are being sent automatically to your final customer.

4. Order delivered

Your order is delivered and complete.

More actions

By clicking on the "three dots" icon at the right end of an order line, you can access more actions. Depending on whether you've processed the order manually in the Studio (manual order) or if the order results automatically from a Store sale (automatic order), the available actions will differ.

Manual Studio order (processed by you)

As long as the order has not entered in production, you'll only be able to "Cancel order" Delivery tracking and production invoice are not yet available. Once the order enters in production, you can't cancel it anymore and it is not refundable :

As soon as the order has been shipped by the Studio, you will be able to track its delivery and download the production invoice :

Automatic Studio order (processed by your Store)

As long as the order has not been shipped by the Studio, you'll only be able to "Go to the corresponding Store sale." Delivery tracking and production invoice are not yet available :
